On Wednesday, 23 October, the English Ambassadors held their first Special Event of the year, where students learned to make puff pastries. The Ambassadors were thrilled to welcome alumnus Jack Tam, to lead the workshop. Jack, is a professional chef, and it was a pleasure to have him return to share his passion with current students. Also on hand to assist, were Form 6 students Kitty Li and Aden Fung, who are both completing an APL course in Pâtisserie and Café Operations.
The event was a tremendous success, not only for the delicious pastries, but also because students had the chance to work together speaking English.
