Amid the hustle and bustle of the Christmas Season, Form 2 students at Pooi Tun were busy rehearsing for their term 1 drama performances which took place on 19 December. Drama has become an integral part of the Form 2 English speaking curriculum with all students having the chance to dive into this fun subject. Students have drama lessons in English where they learn drama skills and partake in drama-based games and activities. As part of the curriculum, in the first term, they also must produce and perform a short drama based on the famous story, The Wizard of Oz. While all of the students worked hard and put on creative and well-performed productions, the drama teachers chose to recognize the following groups and individual students for their outstanding work: 

Best Teams- 2A Group 1: LUI LUI, LUI PUI YAN, SHAM SZE WAH, TSANG KA MAN, TSE LOK SZE, WU PO SUM, YUEN YUAN 

and 2B Group 2: NG YAT, SZE CHEUK LAM CHILAM, TSE HO MING, ZHANG CHEN MING, WONG WAI SHING, SHEK HONG CHING, TAI KING HIN

Best Actors- 2B NG YAT, 2D PANG CHING CHUN

Best Actresses- 2A  LUI LUI, 2C TSZ CHING

Best Narrators- 2A ZHOU BAOWEN, 2B WONG TSZ YING, 2C TAO TSZ SHAN
