Let's Shake (Oreo Banana Milkshake Workshop)

On a scorching hot afternoon of 27 September during lunch time, the English Panel hosted a delightful 'Let's Shake' workshop in the new English Café, room 406. The event successfully brought together students from all forms to make refreshing, homemade Oreo banana milkshakes. Led by the school's English Ambassadors and Chef-in-Training Lam Hei Man, Yuki from Class 6A, the workshop showcased the vibrant atmosphere of the English Café. Students eagerly participated in the activity, enjoying their milkshakes and holding lively conversations. Adding to the festive spirit of the workshop, Principal Lam and other school leaders made time to join in the fun. Their attendance was important in showing the commitment, support and encouragement from the entire school community in promoting engaging opportunities for English language learning and practice. We would like to give a special thanks to Yuki, whose expertise and passion for cooking were on full display during the workshop. Her contribution to the 'Let's Shake' event was greatly appreciated. As Pooi Tun continues the important mission of enriching language education, students can look forward to more exciting events and workshops in the new English Café.
